If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. This applies to both subscription purchases and one-time credit pack purchases.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate the transaction, or contact our support team and we will assist.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time. After cancellation you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period; your account then reverts to the Free tier. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — request one via the steps above if eligible.
